1. Parents are requested to see that their wards attend the school regularly and on time, taken with them all that is required for the day’s work.

2. Parents may meet the teachers of their wards on the days specified below between 10.00 a.m. and 11.00 a.m. every month in the school hall from July to November.

First Friday

For those who are studying VI to X, the parents may meet their teachers on every First Friday of the month between 10.00 a.m. and 11.00 a.m. in the school, if they want to discuss the progress of their children or any other related school matter.

3. Should there be any complaints, parents are requested to bring them directly to the notice of the Principal or the Vice-Principal. Complaints will not be entertained by phone or any other means.

4. Parents who have to take their wards home during school hours, in exceptional cases only, must give written application to the Principal / Vice Principal stating clearly the reason for taking their wards out of the school.

5. Parents are urged to take their wards from the school promptly after the school gets over. The school authorities will not be responsible for the safe custody of the child after school hours.

6. Parents are requested to instruct their wards to abstain from buying any eatable items from vendors outside.

7. The school alone cannot mould the child into a good citizen. The child is the product of both home and school. Hence parents are requested to co-operate with school authorities in the work of education, to inculcate in them the educational values of neatness, politeness, punctuality, courtesy, discipline, social and moral values and good manners at school and home.
